Several Court Cases lined up against the Meru Senator may now signal the end of the road for his gubernatorial ambition.
Lawyer Danstan Omari, acting on behalf of Jubilee Activist Mike Makarina, now says Linturi should not be cleared to contest for the seat. Makarina is a close associate of Governor Kiraitu Murungi and DCI Boss George Kinoti.
“In 1989 he sat for his Form 4 Exams at Igembe Boys, where he scored a Grade-D. In his CV to parliament, he says he has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from India. We have evidence that he has never been to that University.” Says Mr. Omari.
