North Imenti MP Abdul Rahim Dawood today commissioned the construction of Gikongoro kia Mbina Bridge in Njoka Sublocation, Mulathankari location.
Speaking during the much attended event at the site, residents expressed their joy about the new development project.
“Our MCA and several aspirants have been giving several promises over the years. We are grateful that our MP heard our cry and responded swiftly. We are in full support of the project.” says Tom Rimberia.
According to Hon. Dawood, the project will be completed on time, and to the required standards.
“The political season will not deter me from delivering on the planned projects in North Imenti. My competitors have a lot of learning to do, but instead they are spending more time in petty politics.” Hon. Rahim said.
Several residents have lauded the move as a timely intervention that will remedy the long-time suffering by residents as well as offer several job opportunities to locals.
“Very impressive! Mheshimiwa this time round we will win with a landslide.” says Newton Mutuma Mboroki.
“Mhesh wa maendeleo bila mapendeleo. Rahim tosha, tumeamua tukuongeze zingine tano mkuu, you are a good leader visionary, and knowledgeable. You rule with equality, and distribute resources equally tano tena mkuu.” says Tonnie Murithi.
“Am the witness it’s already started, good job mweshimiwa tano tena. Im glad the contractor is following the Beacons of the road.” says Eunice Mutuma.
